Everyone’s heard that you should drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and taken it for granted, but staying hydrated is an integral part of maintaining healthy skin. How much water you drink everyday differs from person to person. To determine your ideal daily water intake, take your weight in ounces and divide it by 2, and voila, drink that much water each day and your body will both feel and look better.
